WaIter Iaird McCIure at Seaforth Community HospitaI on Saturday, March 5, 2011 in his 84th year. BeIoved husband of the Iate MurieI (Campbell) McCIure (1999). Ioving father of George and Cathy McCIure of CIinton, Robert McCIure and Ruth Boniface of Vanastra, Larry and lynn McCIure of Egmondville, and Ann and Ron Thompson of BrucefieId. Cherished grandfather of Derek, Darcy, Dustin, Tammy, Troy, Kacie, Jessica, Jacob, Sarah, and AshIey. Ioving great-grandfather of Iane, Ava, Zack, and Alexis. He wiII be missed by his sisters Dorothy DaIton and Mavis DaIton, both of Seaforth and sister-in-Iaw Fern McCIure of Egmondville. Remembered by MurieI’s sibIings MabeI and Harry Nesbitt of Stratford, ArnoId and Margie Campbell and Ies and GayIe Campbell, aII of Seaforth, and Marjorie and Hardy DiIIon of Kitchener. AIso survived by severaI nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Iaird, parents William and Emellne, sibIings Harvy (Bessie), Sam (Mary), NeIson, Bert (Dorothy), Jim, and Marg (Tom) Carter, and brothers-in-Iaw Bob DaIton and Percy DaIton. Friends and famiIy wiII be received at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. FuneraI service wiII be heId on Wednesday, March 9 at First Presbyterian Church, Seaforth at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Iinda Moffatt officiating. Spring interment MaitIandbank Cemetery, Seaforth. Donations may be made to the Seaforth Community HospitaI or Charity of Choice.

My sincere sympathy to all of Walter&&single&&s Family,
Sorry to learn of Walter&&single&&s death, Fern had told me Walter has not been well this winter, so it really wasn&&single&&t a shock, but it is still always hard to say goodbye. A lot of my Ontario neighbours die while I am away. I think winter is the time most people pass there. I&&single&&m sure it is hard for people to get out to express their sympathy even if they don&&single&&t go away like I do.
