VERSPAGEN: Georgette (Hils) of Seaforth, formerly of Fergus

Passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Huron Hospice, Clinton on Saturday, January 24, 2026 at the age of 79. Beloved wife of Jack Verspagen for 59 years. Cherished mother of Mark, and Susan. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Gordon and Linda Hils. Predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law, Ruth and George Beams.

Georgette was a truly wonderful person who was kind, caring, and thoughtful to everyone she met. She was a devoted wife and a loving mother who cared deeply for her family. Georgette will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.

The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Huron Hospice for the care and compassion provided to Georgette during her stay.

Cremation has taken place.

If desired, donations to Huron Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
