Although I only knew Jenessa for a couple of years from working with her at the doctors office, it felt like a lifetime. Work was so much more fun with her around and her office accessories were always“on point”. Mostly I remember her for how much she loved her family.

Even after I left work for mat leave she kept in touch and would update me from time to time on her life. She seemed so happy and excited for her future. I loved seeing updates on her social media from her new home, to her new little nephew Jack.

I am going to miss my friend. I still can’t believe she is gone. I am so sorry for your loss.

I have only met you all a handful of times, but Jenessa had so much love for her family that she never hesitated to share life updates, a funny story or a picture of her nieces and nephew. It didn’t take long after meeting her to realize the love and kindness she shared with others was a direct reflection of her family. She had such an impact on mine and Brandon’s life and helped us navigate many of life’s challenges with a little bit of humour.
