Teddy, when you hear your name it is always followed by how much you were loved by all and lived larger than life. You had such a generous heart and will be missed more than you know. Growing up you always made me feel that I mattered. I looked up to you Teddy and loved being able to call you my cousin. I continue to jam with you knowing you will always be listening. Love you forever.

To the entire Triebner family, I send my deepest condolences. Teddy was my brother, not by blood or DNA but my true brother non the less. I am not sure there is another human being that I have spent more time with. You need to know how much he loved his family, how he wanted you all to be proud of his accomplishments. My heart is broken, we had stuff I wanted to do together musically. We just ran out of time. He was one of the most unique characters I have ever had the pleasure to know. And an absolute pleasure it was. I am crushed that I will not be at the funeral. I am planning a celebration of life to honour Ted amongst the musical community that loved him dearly. I would love his family to be there as well. I loved the guy, we all loved him. He was the sweetest, most caring sincere, sweet, charming guy, a great friend. Love to all of you..

I have known Ted since he was a young boy. Ted was always polite, friendly and personable. Which is the main reason I have always liked Ted. There needed to be more people like him on this planet.
There are so many things I could say about Ted but, they all seem hollow now. All I know, this is one loss which I am not going to get over quickly. That is how much of a shock his passing was/is to me.
God Bless you Ted. You were a great man and, and wonderful, wonderful human being.
May God have merci on you for any shortcomings you may have had, though I cannot think of any.
Jesus., take care of Ted. Ted was one of those rare souls on this planet.

I cannot write all the words I want, there are so many good memories, I often think back in the day ( late 70 early 80’s) Ted was one of those friends, so carefree,! He always had that special unique smile. Mischievous smile!!! I think!! It”s very sad to hear about his passing. My condolences to the family. RIP Ted xo

Ted was one of a kind. Always had a kind word and a smile on his face. I hadn’t seen him for years until this past September in Grand Bend. I was so happy to see him that evening. He may be gone but the friendships, memories and music will live on forever. Deepest condolences to his family and friends. I will miss you my friend.

Dave and I were devastated to hear of Ted’s passing. He was a kind , loveable friend. Our memories of him on stage will never fade. Our condolences to his family and to his musical brothers. Watching the videos of Ted on stage in Grand Bend hugging his musical brothers are priceless and so Ted. R.I.P..

I have no words to that can really say what Ted always meant to me, I hadn’t seen him in a long time but my heart is broken none the less and i’m going to miss him dearly. Ted and I ( Cookin and Rockin ) always enjoyed spending time together and went on unforgettable fishing trips every chance we got… He was my brother and I loved him….

Spent many a day and night at 13 Grenadier hanging with the many people who would pass through. Ted was the guy you could go to and talk for hours about anything. A love of Stompin’ Tom and shared stories of my dad’s about when Tom was in Timmins and Ted loved the stories about him. A great guy, a funny man with a great smile. Brings back many a great memory of the time and place.
