Passed away peacefully in the arms of his high school sweetheart at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London on Tuesday, July 30, 2024 at the age of 61. Cherished husband of Cathy Towle for 39 years. Proud dad of Lisa and Josh Burke, and Ryan Towle and Megan Pinnell. Adored Papa of Marshall, Hutton, and Isla. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Louise Jones and Roy Triebner, Janice and John Leslie, Steve and Cheryl Towle, Clare and Shawna Towle, Michelle and Chris Watson, Denise Towle and Todd Bridges, and Jim Cable. Fondly remembered by his stepfather Dennis Johnston and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Rose (Wilkinson) Towle, his father Harry Towle Sr., parents-in-law Carman and Betty Cable, and his sister-in-law Ginny Dukeshire.
Harry had a passion for hunting and fishing and enjoyed spending time in the outdoors taking in the beauty nature had to offer. Harry was known to be a very hard worker, a man who poured his heart and soul into everything he did. Above all, he loved his family and was so very proud to be Papa to his 3 grandchildren. As a family, they took on woodworking as a hobby and created many beautiful pieces for each other. Harry and Cathy spent many years at their “Happy House”; their trailer in Goderich, creating many lasting friendships.
