April 2, 1962 – April 9, 2025
We weren’t ready to say goodbye.
If love could have kept you, you would have lived forever.
With shattered hearts we said goodbye to Cuzman Brian Teller on April 9th, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer at South Huron Hospital, Exeter. Cuz loved life, and he lived it to the fullest. The only thing he loved more were his children Kaitlyn Jeffreys (Chris) and Kyle Teller, and being Poppa to his grandson, Henry Jeffreys.
Born in Sault Ste Marie on April 2, 1962 to parents Walter and Ilsa Teller, Cuz was the youngest of the Teller siblings. He leaves behind his sisters Deborah Vereecke (Marino) and Claudia Teller (Gary), along with many nieces and nephews.
Growing up in Northern Ontario, Cuz and his family embraced the outdoors, spending time enjoying Lake Superior beaches, sailing and skiing. Cuz skied competitively on the Northern Ontario Ski Team. He would share his love for the slopes with his children, and taught them both to ski at a very young age.
Cuz began his career working for Guardian Pipe Inspection, moving later into construction and the roofing sector, where he spent the rest of his career until retiring in 2024.
Cuz moved to Southern Ontario in the late 90s. He discovered the love for the open road and bought his first motorcycle. Cuz was a proud member and President of the A.B.A.T.E. South Huron Chapter 7 club. A second family to him, Cuz, his son Kyle, and their “brothers and sisters” have ridden thousands of miles together, and raised thousands of dollars for various charities.
Cuz’s fun-loving nature, unique sense of humour and genuine compassion for others, earned him a tremendous amount of love, respect and adoration. This was clearly evident when literally hundreds of people came out to celebrate Cuz’s life, to thank him for the memories, and to say goodbye, days before his passing. His was a life well lived.
Ride free Cuz. Until we meet again.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service for Cuz will be held at Haskett Funeral Home, 456 Main Street South, EXETER on Saturday, August 9th at 10:30 am, with interment to follow at Exeter Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the South Huron Hospital Foundation.

Ride hard and rise free Cuz. Blessings and prayers to all
Cuzman worked with my son Jimmy at Smith Peat years ago and kind of took him under his wing. Years later, he always asked me how he was doing. You will be missed dearly by many.

My deepest sympathy to Kyle, Kaitlyn and Cuzzy’s family and friends.
Cuz was a big part of my life and whenever I wanted to go on rides he never said no.
He’d call me up and ask if I wanted to go on rides and he even called me when he was on job sites in my area and ask me if I wanted to go for a run with him over lunch in the company truck.
Cuz will forever hold a very special spot in my heart.
Ride safe my dear friend 🧡
Forever loved ❤️
