Peacefully, at South Huron Hospital, Exeter, surrounded by his family, on Wednesday, April 13, 2005, J. Robert Taylor, of Hensall, in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy (Turner) Taylor. Dear father of Murray and Gloria Taylor of R.R. 2 Hensall. Loving grandfather of Lori, Brittany and Jennifer Taylor. Sadly missed by his sisters Mae Butson of Seaforth, Evelyn Venner and her husband Rodger of Kippen, his brother James Taylor and his wife Margaret of Harriston and his sister-in-law Dorothy Lean and her husband Cliff of Brockville. Sadly missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by one daughter Donna, his parents Orville and Christina (Dougall) Taylor, brothers Orville and Neil and brothers-in-law William Butson and Percy Wright.

Family and friends will be received in the Hensall Visitation Chapel, 79 King St., Hensall on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. where the funeral service will be conducted on Monday, April 18, 2005 at 11 a.m. Pastor Tracey Whitson-Bahro officiating. Interment Hensall Union Cemetery.

Memorial contributions may be made to Carmel Presbyterian Church or a charity of ones choice.
