I had the opportunity to work with Bill for a short time at HMP; and without a doubt he was one of the kindest man I have had the pleasure of knowing. his family was his life and he was very proud of them. Those days/years at HMP were always full of laughter and you could always count on a big smile and a few jokes. He constantly spoke with pride and love for his family and We will miss him terribly! I am in Surrey B.C. I received by e-mail the sad news of Bill’s passing. It is difficult to say goodbye to the person you love and to know that he will no longer be with you at family functions. However, he will BE THERE if you continue to speak his name and share with each other the countless memories of him gathered throughout the years. Rejoice in the life God granted him as he leaves a fine family legacy.
