Chris, Brent, Matt and families. I am very sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. Sincere condolences from the Nunns family.
Sylvie and I extent our sincere condolences to the Talbot family. Bev was a kind, intelligent and outgoing lady who garnered tremendous respect in the farm mutual insurance world. When she was elected to the London Township board of directors in the early 1980’s, I think she was the first female director to do so in over 100 years. She then went on to chair the provincial trade association, OMIA in the 90’s. Bev was very active politically for the farm mutuals throughout those years and even hosted then premier Mike Harris and some of his cabinet and press at the Talbot farm to discuss agricultural issues. It was an honor to know her and a pleasure to work for her.

My deepest sympathies to you all. It is so difficult to say goodbye to someone who has had such a profound influence in your life! Moms are special!! They become “Mom” to all your friends and families too. I remember Bev and Mark graciously opening their home to many Junior Farmer functions and hosting pool parties to the wee hours of the morning…only to get up early to milk cows, early the next day! Thank you doesn’t seem like enough to say…but thank you for sharing Bev with us!

We know that this has been a difficult journey and may it comfort all of you to know that others share your sadness and you are in our prayers today.
