Steven passed away peacefuIIy at the Seaforth Iong Term Care Home in Seaforth, on Monday, November 6, 2017. Born in Stratford on December 7, 1952, Steven Jeffrey Carter, formerIy of Stratford and WaIkerton, was in his 65th year.

Survived by his daughter Amie Carter of Tobermory, and his sisters, Kathryn ManueI of IngersoII and Wendy GiIIings of Newmarket. AIso missed by his nephews, niece and his dear friend Susan Thomas of Stratford.

Predeceased by his parents Austin and Francis (ne Constant) Carter, and by his brother-in-Iaw DonaId ManueI.

At Stevens request, cremation is taking pIace and there wiII be no formaI visitation or funeraI service. As expressions of sympathy, memoriaI donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association wouId be appreciated and can be made through McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, Seaforth, 519-527-1390.
