We think of Stella and we smile and we will miss her. Patti thank you for the the time in Panama City Florida with Stella and all the great memories. Stella taught us it was never right to spit dust, that bologna sandwhiches with Jimmy every day was perfect and afternoon naps were a necessity. She didn’t even mind when we threw her from the van but this is one Patti will have to explain. Unfortunately, we cannot make it to Lucan this weekend but in Stella’s memory we will be sure to have a couple of drinks as she was known to say……..one can’t fly straight on a single wing.

My Sincere Sympathy to Stella’s Family, My Prayers and Thoughts are with you at this difficult time. I use to do your Mom’s hair a few years ago, she was a great lady, she loved her bingo nights and was a real helper at the legion, we always had alot of fun when she would come for her hair appointments, I missed her when she couldn’t come anymore.

We are very sorry to hear of the loss of Aunt Stella – our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. When Grandma passed away, Dad & I went down for the funeral. We spent one night at Uncle John’s (Vernon) and Aunt Audrey’s, and the next night at Aunt Stella’s & Uncle Len’s. I have pictures of us in Aunt Stella’s kitchen. She kept us in stitches laughing that night (her Mom had just passed away & here she was making everyone so comfortable and welcome). Years later Aunt Stella came up for Dad’s funeral (I think Uncle Len passed away about two years before Dad), and it was very comforting to have Aunt.Stella here then.
Deepest sympathies,
Lynda (daughter of Robert Vincent Gunness)

Patti, I am so sorry to hear about your mothers passing. We were in Florida for 5 weeks and just got home yesterday. No matter how old our parents get, we are still not ready for them to leave us.
