SMITH: (Ryan) Mary Madeline “Maddy” of Zurich

Peacefully, surrounded by her family, at her residence, on Thursday, April 12, 2007, Mary Madeline “Maddy” (Ryan) Smith, of Zurich, in her 75th year. Beloved wife of William Anthony Smith. Dear mother of Ron of Zurich, Larry and Karen of Calgary, Diane and John Wilds of Exeter, Steve and Deanna of Brantford, Carol Smith and her husband Ted Kramer of Dashwood and Rick and Michelle of Zurich. Loved by her 12 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Sadly missed by her sister Marilyn and her husband Vince Thompson, family friend Joyce Beemer, the Smith family and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Mary (Moser) Ryan, brothers Ed, Jim, John, Joe and Bill and one daughterBarbara.

Visitation in the J. M. McBeath Funeral Home, 49 Goshen St. N., Zurich on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, April 16, 2007 at 11 a.m. at St. Boniface Roman Catholic Church, Zurich. Fr. Peter Poel celebrant. Interment in St. Boniface Cemetery. CWL Prayers will be said at 3 p.m. and Parish Prayers at 7 p.m on Sunday at the funeral home.

Memorial contributions may be made to the St. Boniface Building Fund, Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of ones choice.
