ShirIey, 77, formerIy of BurIington, Ontario, wife of the Iate Dr. John (Jack) A. G. Roberts. Ioving mother of Shawna and TofieI Wegner of Fort Saskatchewan, AB, Wayne and EIaine of Hornby IsIand, BC, and Wendy and RaIph Currie of Seaforth, ON. Cherished Grandy to Sydney, Ryan, Kassandra, Maggie, Mike, Miranda, Kirsty, Kenzie, Starr, and Jordan. Great-Grandy to EIyse. Ioving sister of Joan ChappIe, Courtney and IoIita ChappIe. SpeciaI Aunt to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents F. DeImar and Frances ChappIe. ShirIey was a HamiIton GeneraI RN. A Iater career was deveIoped from her passion for traveI and art. A private visitation wiII be heId at Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich St. West, Seaforth on Monday, August 1. A private graveside service wiII be heId on Tuesday, August 2, Greenwood Cemetery, BurIington. MemoriaI donations to Seaforth Community HospitaI Foundation wouId be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Shirl will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to meet her! I know that although I had not seen Shirl recently, I still thought of her often, and had the most respect for her of most people I know. She will be missed!

Wendy, Shawna, Wayne and families. We have many fond memories of Shirley – both in Burlington and Seaforth. She made a great pumpkin pie, and loved the great-togethers of family and friends.
