Want you all to know that even though I am in Florida, my thoughts and prayers are with you. I have many great memories being with you in Exeter….eating dandelion leaves ( yuk!), being teased by Uncle Garnet and good long mother-daughter chats with Aunt Bernice. Also, lots of other ones to with the cousins.
We will be with Mel and Stella on Monday and will, no doubt, raise a glass to Uncle, Russell,Aunt Lillian and Mom together again.
Our deepest sympathy to all the family on the passing of your mother. I will never forget the nights of playing kick the can after supper, and the fun we had growing up in our old neighbourhood. My prayers are with you at this time.
Although we are separated by many miles, you are all close to our hearts. Aunt Bernice was the most wonderful person. We have such fond memories of our fun vacations to Exeter, spending family time around that table in the basement. She will live on forever in our memories. She will be greatly missed by all.

To Bernice’s Family – I have fond memories of Bernice. She was a special friend to my family. Hope your memories sustain you through this difficult time.
My sincere sympathy to all of Bernice’s family. She and my sister Ethel as well as husbands, Garnet and Lloyd, were all great friends and I too have memories of many shared visits over coffee with Bernice. She was a great lady, with a good sense of humour, a great smile, and a helping hand! She crosses my mind quite often, and I will fondly continue to remember her.
Losing a mother, is very traumatic, and my hope is that your wonderful memories will comfort you at this sad time. I know how attentive you were to her, a FINE family!
Sincerely, Dorothy
