My favourite Aunt. She was “Not Bad For An Old Girl”, as she always said. She was always fun to visit when we were kids, full of smiles and stories. We did&&single&&nt visit as much as we should have but there was the note in a Christmas card every year that we looked forward to. We&&single&&ll miss her very much.We are all better for having known our Aunt Ruth.

Condolence from Trish (Rimmer) MacGregor on February 21st, 2006 8:00 AM

I knew your Aunt Ruth as a child at Northside United Church. She had a wonderful alto voice in the choir and as I became a teen singing with the altos she taught me a lot. Part of that learning was how to sit up and behave like a lady during church! She was every bit a lady and well liked & respected by all who knew her. I also remember her welcoming smile at the post office. I&&single&&m sorry I will miss the funeral today as I have to work. I&&single&&d really like to say goodbye to this wonderful woman who was a special part of my church family as I was growing up.
Sincerely Trish
