At South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Thursday, November 8, 2012 of Bayfield and formerly of Exeter and Kirkton in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Joyce (Witmer) Dobson. Dear father of Kelly Elder of Rodney, Kim Mostrey of Clinton, Kandice and Steve Austin of Goderich, Dean Dobson of Brucefield and his friend Loreena Simpson of Vanastra. Dear grandfather of Jessica and Julian; Kristy; Nathan, Megan and Karlie; Robin and Crystal and great-grandfather of Cole. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Robert Dobson and Margaret Reid of London, Rosemary and Bill Schaefer of St. Marys and Sandra Dobson of Exeter. Predeceased by his brother Larry and his sister Christine Eveleigh and her husband Allan.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, Exeter (1 street West of Main) on Sunday afternoon 2-4 PM where the complete funeral service will be held on Monday, November 12th at 11 AM with Bob Heywood officiating. There will be a masonic service on Sunday afternoon at 4 PM under the auspices of Lebanon Forest Lodge A.F. & A.M. #133, Exeter.
Cremation with interment Bayfield Cemetery, Bayfield.
Donations to the Alzheimer Society or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

We have spent the last several days remembering all the good times with Ross as well as his work ethic and ability to reinvent himself over the years.
He brought the roofing industry to Exeter which is still providing employment to this day.

Grandpa Ross will be missed, we all loved him so very much. Grandpa lived a very good and long life. I looked up to him all my life and even that he is gone, Grandpa will always be in my hart. RIP Grandpa
