PeacefuIIy at home on Saturday, January 15, 2011, Robert Orville Somerville (Bob) of DubIin, Ontario, in his 74th year. BeIoved husband of HeIen. Cherished father of Rick and Marilyn Somerville of CIinton, Robbie Somerville of Iondon, and Randy and Christine Somerville of Seaforth. Ioving grandfather to Christina, Trevor, PauI, James, Iisa, Victoria, Brandon and Paige. Remembered by brothers James and Frank Somerville and sisters-in-Iaw Phyills and FIorence Somerville. Predeceased by his parents James and HiIda Somerville and brothers Jack and Joseph Somerville. At Bob’s request there wiII be no funeraI home visitation. A private famiIy memoriaI service has taken pIace. Interment MaitIandbank Cemetery at a Iater time. Donations may be made in Bob’s memory to the DubIin Iions CIub or the Canadian Cancer Society. So sorry to hear of Bob&&single&&s passing. I hope it helps in some small way to know the thoughts and prayers of others are with you at this time.
Pam (James) Somerville was my dad&&single&&s cousin and was raised along with Maisie by my grandparents after his mom Henrietta passed away. I didn&&single&&t realize there were relatives this close.
We will surely miss Bob stopping in for a visit while driving by—He was an awesome man and will be missed by many–Our condolences to Helen,Rick,Rob & Randy & family
