Richard Grant Yeomans passed away peacefuIIy on October 18, 2015 at the age of 71, after a difficuIt battIe with cancer.
He was the beIoved husband of Iin Yeomans (nee Cave). Ioving dad of Kelly (Wayne), step-dad of MiIes, and much Ioved Papa of James, Andrew and AshIey. Richard wiII be fondIy remembered by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, whom he dearIy Ioved. He was the dear brother of Verna (the Iate Frank) and Jane (Bob). He wiII be sadIy missed by many. Predeceased by his brothers Jim (Mary) and Bruce (IesIey).
Richards famiIy wouId Iike to thank the wonderfuI nurses at St. ellzabeth HeaIthcare as well as the staff of the Seaforth Community HospitaI for their excellent care.
There wiII be a service of remembrance at Egmondville United Church, 26 Kippen Rd., Egmondville, on Saturday, October 24, 2015 at 11 a.m. foIIowed by a reception at The Ianding.

So sorry to hear of your loss of your husband Lin. Although I only met you two thru church, it was always a pleasure to talk to you two. You were always so pleasant. You will certainly miss his happy face.

Lin. I missed Steve&&single&&s announcement last Sunday (away with a cold)so it was with some surprise that I learned about his passing today. My deepest condolences to you, and yours and Richard&&single&&s families. Richard will always be known for his willingness to help others despite his own personal health problems.He will also be missed by the card gang at the Legion. Yours in sorrow. Pat
Sorry to hear about the passing of Richard or as I knew him DOG. Enjoyed the Saturday afternoon poker games at our local– He was always smiling and full of spirit– He was a true friend to many of us and he will be deeply missed.
Lin, I was so sorry to hear of Richard&&single&&s death. I have fond memories of hugs from him and chats over coffee at Trinity. Best wishes to you and your family.

Uncle Richard was a large part of our lives for many years and was like a big brother to us all. Always there to talk to and tell stories with.

To Lin and the family, Richard and Lin and I joined the Seaforth Lions Club at the same time. Richard was always positive and up beat and a great asset to the community.
We were saddened to hear of Richard&&single&&s passing. We will always remember the laughs and crib games Richard had with us in Cuba. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. Hugs coming your way.
Just heard today August 20/17 about Richard. Shocked and so sorry. He was a longtime school friend that I should have kept in contact with. My deepest sympathy to his family.

To Lin and all the family, my sincere sympathy. Although we knew Richard was ill and suffering, he was always so optimistic and always – always had that great smile. My last memory of him is as he popped in to wish Robyn well on her big day. Richard loved his golf and our family was flattered when Richard and Lin complimented our course by moving here to retire. I trust that your many fond memories of Richard as husband, father, & grandfather will sustain you all in the future. Once again my sincerest sympathy. CA
