Dear Reschke Family;
Mr. Hans Reschke was such a kind and sweet sweet man. Always would stop at my Mothers to enjoy her beautiful flower garden each day on his trip to get the mail. While I was working part time at the post office he would talk with me for some time about his home country and how he grew up and when he moved to Canada. I would always look forward to seeing him each time.
We would go to visit him from time to time and I would bring the children to talk with him about his woodworking and play cards etc. We had made him a number of meals and treats here and there. He would always offer many cookies ???? to the kids while they would visit. The children grew very fond of him and he’s generosity with his cookies.
My daughter Mya, my Son Jackson and I will miss him and we want you to know that he had many friends in Granton that cared for him and about him. With all of our most sincere and deepest thoughts and condolences for his families great loss.

I’m sorry to have heard about your dad Peter. My nurse actually emailed me & I was just in shock. Thinking of you & your family.

Peter and family I am sorry for your loss. Even as our parents age and quality of life slips we really miss them when they die. But we can remember the good things of their life and try to pass on the values they gave us.
