Peacefully at Strathmere Lodge, Strathroy on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 in her 70th year. Beloved wife of the late Gerhard (Gary) Reitknecht (2013). Dear mother and mother-in-law of Christina (Tina) Reinhart (Wayne) of West Lorne, Paul Reitknecht (fiancée Kendall Sheppard) of RR 2 Grand Bend, and Jamie Reitknecht (Shelbi Parizeau) of Grand Bend. Dear grandmother of Brigitte and Kaitlin; Makayla, Connor, and Nora. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Rob Garrett (Kim) of Cary, N.C., Helga and Slavko Kirn of St. Thomas, Regina Trudgeon of London and Irene and Rick Irwin of London. Dear aunt of Dillon and Addison and several nieces and nephews. Special thank you to the staff at Strathmere Lodge (Parkview) for their care and compassion.
Cremation with private family arrangements. Haskett Funeral Homes, LUCAN entrusted with arrangements.
Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family.

I am so sorry to hear of your moms passing.. I have many memories of her from visiting your house so often as a kid! She always treated me as one of her own. Keep strength in all the good times and know how much she loved you all.

Tina, Wayne, Brigitte, Kaitlin and family, please accept our heartfelt condolences and know we are think of you at this most difficult time. Without doubt we will get together in person at our happy place at the lake and remember your Mom. We are never father away than a phone call.
