RAMSAY: Gregory Allan of London and formerly of RR 2 Ailsa Craig

Suddenly, on Friday, October 11, 2019 Greg Ramsay passed away at the age of 70.  Greg was currently from London and was formerly of RR2 Ailsa Craig.  Dear husband of Ettie Ramsay for 47 years. Beloved father of Jennifer and Jeremy Hogan of Monticello, IL, and Mark and Jordan Ramsay of London.  Dear grandfather of Tyler and Kayden; Miriam and Lilah.  Dear brother of Jim Ramsay and the late Janet of London and Lynn Ramsay of London.  Dear brother-in-law of Reino and Gerrit Wilts of Exeter, Sue Ann and Wayne Van Oostveen of Trent Lakes, and Pat and Peter Pryde of Hensall.  Dear nephew of Peter and Susan Roberts of Nairn. Predeceased by his parents Margaret and Jim Ramsay, sisters-in-law Rennie Clarke and Hessie Veninga and brother-in-law John Veninga.Greg was an avid hunter and trap shooter.  He liked camping and sharing outdoor adventures with his grandchildren.  The last few years he enjoyed his winters in Florida and the many friends he met there. 

A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, LUCAN from 2-4 PM.  As Greg would want, please feel free to dress casually.  Cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held in Mars Hill Cemetery, North Middlesex.

Donations to the Diabetes Canada or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

I was shocked to here of Greg’s passing on Friday.
Have many great memories from the ‘80’s when we played darts, had gravel runs to your place and share a few meals.
