I am so sad to hear that the world has lost an amazing lady, mother and wife. I met Tara per chance as she wished to adopt Ty from us and we made the magic happen. Tara traveled to Calgary for her work and we stayed in touch and continued to communicate once she returned to Ontario. She was a light, a force to reckon with, when it came to animals and their rights. I felt a true kinship with her in my rescue world that I know she shared.
