What a gift it was when Matt married our daughter Erin and brought Jackie and Jiggs into our extended family! We love them dearly, and Jackie and my late wife Susan became great friends. What wonderful grandparents they were to our grandchildren!
Bronwyn, Lachlan, Matt and Erin, you have barely had time to heal after Jiggs’ passing, and now you grieve the loss of a beautiful grandma, mom and second mom. My hearts breaks for you, and I pray that God will comfort you.
May Jackie rest in peace and rise in glory!

Matt, Erin,Browyn, Lachlan & Kitty
The dedication you all showed Jackie was amazing- always know she loved you very deeply. Although I only got to know her when she came to live here at Beech Place she certainly left us with wonderful memories. She will be sorely missed but didn’t deserve to suffer. Keep her memories alive. God has a new angel. Blessings to you all. RIP

Condolence from Clare Kramer on November 2nd, 2020 11:38 AM

I will miss my sister, Jackie. She was always helpful and I believe she fostered in me, as a very young child, the love of reading, taking me to the public library in London.
Later on with Jackie as driver (painfully slow) and misguided navigator our road trips to Calgary were wonderful and I will fondly remember them always. I loved them all.

Condolence from Danielle Linnett on November 4th, 2020 7:56 AM

My deepest condolences to Matt and family.
I will always remember Aunt Jackie as the quiet playful one. She would snicker at a good joke and nudge with her elbow if it was really good. She’d never back down from a good debate and always stuck by her thoughts.
I loved watching you and my dad banter lovingly and will miss the cheeky smile you would give when you got one on him.
Rest well Aunt Jackie, you fought a long, hard battle and definitely earned your wings.
Love Danielle, Kevin, Kyle and Jamie

Dear Matt, Erin, Bronwyn and Lachlan
Your Mom and Grandma was a strong loving always a lady. She was so proud of all of you. Loving you each equally for your unique qualities.

Jackie, we will miss our feisty conversations over the past little while about politics (you know the one). Jean thanks you for great memories growing up and being big sister holding his hand keeping him safe. Also thank you for letting him return the favour and holding your hand on this difficult journey. You will always be loved and never forgotten 💕. Jean and Jackie (2)
