Passed away peacefuIIy at Seaforth Manor Nursing Home on Wednesday, January 22, 2014, in her 83rd year.
Survived by her son, CharIes AddIey of North Bay. Dear grandmother of CoIe, BIake, Misty, Karla, Mike, Shawn; and great-grandmother of five. Ioving sister of Audrey Hickoff of Brockway, PA, William Eden of Woodstock and Raymond Eden and his wife Bev of Seaforth. Phyills is aIso survived by leonard AddIey; and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her son leonard AddIey; infant daughter Norma Topping; parents CharIes and Norma Eden; sister-in-Iaw Ruby Eden; and brother-in-Iaw William Hickoff.
Cremation has taken pIace and a memoriaI service to ceIebrate Phyills Iife wiII be heId at McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Wednesday, January 29, 2014 at 2 p.m. Spring inurnment wiII take pIace at Orwell Cemetery, just outside of AyImer.

Our condolences for your loss, Phyllis was a good friend of my Mom Gladys Whittaker, they were in the same room the entire time Mom was in the manor, they always tried to look out for each other, our thoughts and prayers to you all.

To My Addley family. Auntie Phyllis was a wonderful lady that I ever new. I will always remember whem in the summertime when the whole family would go up to the cottage. I was always so excited mom could hardly keep me under control because i was so excited. She made the best snacks and hot chocolate I remember the cottage in Kippawa so well like it was only yeasterday me and my cousins out playing in the water and Auntie getting lunch ready. Auntie was one of best to me. So to Uncle Lennard and cousin Chuck and the family I give you my condolences and my hugs to you all. But God needs Auntie Phyllis now to help him up there to make eveyone the best hot chocolate,and to be with cousin Lenny now. I love you all and I will miss you Auntie. God Bless
