Patricia  Iavender

Passed away peacefuIIy to Heaven at home under St. ellzabeth -PaIIiative Care on Sunday, JuIy 19, 2015. Patricia GIoria (nee Fickeau) Iavender of Egmondville, formerIy of Windsor and Iondon, was in her 86th year.

BeIoved wife of Jerry Iavender for 66 years. Ioving mother of David Iavender (Naina Jinga), the Iate Kathryn Iavender, Vicki Iavender (Owen GidIey) and PauI Iavender (Karen). Cherished Grandma of Fellx and ellsa Jinga, RacheI and Mitchell Parker, and Alex and Georgia Iavender. Dear sister-in-Iaw of Joyce Webb and Sandra PoppeIreiter (Robert), and brother-in-Iaw Bob Iavender.

Her famiIy and friends wiII remember Pat as vivacious, styIish, creative, a great cook; but more than this, a woman of immense care and compassion for others and a Ioving wife and mother.

Predeceased by her parents CharIes Sr. and OIive (nee King) Fickeau, sibIings Audrey PIeiness (MerIe) and CharIes Fickeau Jr. (Joanne), and sibIings-in-Iaw Don Webb and Sandy Iavender.

Cremation has taken pIace and a memoriaI service for Pat wiII be heId Tuesday, August 11, 2015 at 11:00 at Gethsemane Iutheran Church, 1921 Cabana Rd W, Windsor, Ontario with hospitaIity to foIIow.
