I keep seeing a little blond boy with glasses, wearing a Beaver Scout uniform, always keen to join in whatever activities were planned for that meeting, camp, or other Scouting function. He carried that bright spirit and enthusiasm with him throughout his too-short life. That little blond boy grew up into the very best of young men, and it was my pleasure, privilege, and blessing to have been a part of his life. I will miss him very, very much.
