With heavy hearts we announce the peaceful passing of Randy Paul Parsons on February 3rd, 2025, at his home in Angus, Ontario. Born to Doug (2010) and Norma (2011) Parsons on October 17th, 1951, Randy came into this world filled with unconditional love, joy, energy, kindness, strength, compassion, laughter and a sense of positivity that was with him until the moment he closed his beautiful blue eyes.
Left to celebrate his life is his loving wife of 50 years, Debbie; his devoted children Bobby (Julie) of St. Lazare, QC; Leslie (Chris) of New Lowell, Ontario; and cherished grandchildren; Adrianna, William, David, Emma, and Benny. Together they created a wonderful life devoting themselves to each other and family.
Beloved brother and brother-in-law of Gary (Geraldine) Parsons, Jim (Paulette) Parsons, Darlene (Ron) Campbell, Cheryl (Bill) Jory, Chris (Peter) Moore, Cathy (Winston) Patterson, Karen (Ron) Rupert, Lynne Dobson, Judy (Mark) Cronyn, Peter Parsons; and Dennis (Karen) Huras. Uncle Randy to many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Michael (2007). Following Randy’s wishes, cremation has taken place with private family arrangements.
To my dearest family, some things I’d like to say But first of all, to let you know, that I arrived okay. I’m writing this from Heaven. Here I dwell with God above. Here, there’s no more tears of sadness; Here is just eternal love. Please do not be unhappy just because I’m out of sight. Remember that I am with you every morning, noon and night. That day I had to leave you when my life on Earth was through. God picked me up and hugged me and he said “I welcome you”. And when it’s time for you to go, from that body to be free. Remember you’re not going…you’re coming here to Me.
As per Randy’s wishes…Keep On Smiling!
Cathy, Karen, Judy and all of Randy’s family, we offer our sincere condolences. Cherish all of your wonderful memories and hold them close. Thinking of you all at this sad and difficult time.

It would be very hard for me to ever find fault with Randy. He loved his family wholeheartedly. He was a wonderful partner to his wife Deb. A hard working man who could work circles around most. I used to think he was the energizer bunny always doing something. He wouldn’t sit for long.
I have many many fond memories. Lots of laughter and kindness he had shown to all. I’m happy that Deb and Randy had some wonderful times during their retirement and the memories they have shared with each other.
He will truly be missed and never forgotten. Until we meet again friend.

Hello Papi ! David & I hope that you made a safe passage to heaven. Please watch on all of us. We loved you and will miss you! 🩵
I have many wonderful memories of socializing with the Parsons family when we lived close to one another on Edward Street in Exeter. At times it felt like we were all part of the Edwards Street family.
What I remember most about Randy was his endless energy and courage. He was a pleasure to be around, if you could keep up with him! I used to worry about Randy getting badly hurt when he was playing junior hockey because he was so much smaller than the other players. But then it dawned on me that players on the other teams would have to catch up to him in order to hurt him, and good luck with that.
I feel grateful for knowing him.
Dear Randy ! 25 years ago, you & Debbie welcome me into your beautiful family ! You have been nothing but kind, loving, funny and always supportive . I will always cherish your memory . Please watch over us 💕
Lots of hugs to the entire Parsons family, our hearts are with you on Randy’s passing.

God bless everyone in the Parson Family
May he rest in peace
Growing up on Edward Street with the Parsons just down the street made for countless and very precious childhood memories – of which, for me, Randy and his hell-bent exuberance was a huge and almost constant part.
I hope that when he shared his own remembrances with children and grandchildren, he spoke of Gummer even half as often and even half as warmly and fondly as I have so often spoken about Sagus.
Those memories will stay strong, but this awful sadness will always now be part of them.
Randy’s up-for-anything enthusiasm made for years and years of hockey, baseball and pick-up football anywhere … and kicking the can and nicky nicky nine door anytime.
Wherever he went whatever he did, Randy was remembered – that quick and easy “I’m here – catch me if you can” smile.
I can only imagine the sense of loss and emptiness Randy’s passing has created for those closest to him, and share my deepest condolences with his family, and with each of his brothers and sisters especially.
I hope all of you take real comfort in all of the wonderful memories I know you have, now and always.
Sincere sympathy in the loss of a husband, father, grandfather, brother & brother-in-law. As next door neighbours many years ago, Doug & Norma raised a wonderful family. Cherish all those wonderful memories you made together.
Debbie and family and the entire Parsons Clan.
Its so hard to put down on paper how I truly feel about your loss, having grown up most of my life with you and knowing how this will affect all of you. Just know that I am here, if you ever need anything. Randy was a great man and I know you will all miss him dearly. Big hugs sent to each and every one of you as you go on without him, but remember all the great memories and speak of him often and he will be with you all. With much love to all. xoxo
Sincerely
Liz Campbell (Giffin) & Ron Kennedy

Dear Debbie, Bobby and Julie, Leslie andChris, and families,
and to all my Parsons’ Cousins,
My deepest sympathy. I feel sad to hear of Randy’s death. He was such a fun, kind , generous man. I will cherish my memories of family gatherings and all the summers Randy spent at our farm growing up . He was always eager to help with chores, milking the cows, haying , picking those endless cucumbers , playing games, swimming. He had endless energy and that beautiful infectious smile. We would go roller skating in Grand Bend and I was always amazed that he could skate backwards just as fast as forwards. His feet just danced to the music even with his skates on ! I know he always loved to dance with you Debbie . He loved his family and was always so proud of them!
Remember those we love don’t go away, they walk beside us in our hearts and in our memories. May Randy’s soul rest in peace and may he watch over you.
Love and Hugs ,
Cousin Mary💕
