What a sad day to read Eileen’s obituary this morning. I remember the day Eileen came into the restaurant on her way home from working in London, she wondered if I was looking for help on weekends. I said matter of fact I am Eileen, but I have to ask after working all week why would you want to work on weekends. Her reply.. because I like to keeping busy and I would enjoy meeting and serving customers. And of course the customers loved her, and why wouldn’t they. Eileen was such a beautiful lady both inside and out. She was a true gem and will truly be missed. We send our deepest condolences to all your family and know your in our thoughts and prayers. I feel very privileged that I was able to know all my grandpas brothers and sisters.
We would always stop to visit aunt Eileen when grandpa was taking us up to visit our family.
Aunt Eileen would always invite us in for a snack and tea or juice.
