Anne was a wonderful neighbor an d friend. We will miss her visits greatly and the loss of her company. many a spirited conversation has been had with us.

I was deeply shocked to hear of Ann’s passing and she will be deeply missed by the community I remember the good times we had together when My John was alive.

I always enjoyed our chats when we ran into each other either when grabbing coffee or while doing real estate business with her. I miss her chats that were always, energetic, feisty, determined and often humorous. Rest peacefully.

I’ll never forget receiving the beautiful cards she sent at Christmas to my parents, and one that she sent to me that I still have. It is so beautiful to look at years later.

My condolences to Ann’s family and friends…I am sorry for your loss . I knew Ann in 60’s ‘and 70 when we both worked in the Dept of Anatomy at the University Medical School . We kept in touch rather sporadically but when talking there was no expanse of time between our conversations. I knew her truths and she mine. She came to see me in plays I was doing and we spoke of poetry together. We both had a love of animals. As always I wished for one more conversation with her or one more visit. Happy Trails Ann !

Dearest Inge, so very sorry Anne has passed. I had thought I would like to see you all again sometime. And Julie and Wim to have gone too soon!! I’m sure they were there to greet Anne. So you are the only one left of that generation. I am in my family also. I hope Anne was not ill long, I see she passed at University hospita l. How lovely she spent her last years so close to you in a country village. Any details you would care to share about the family I would treasure. There were a few years long ago I felt part of your family in Islington. Of course Anne and I met at Alma College. Do you remember me? I loved your little MGB, so did Anne and we had such fun times driving around Toronto in it. I have lived in the states since 1974, now 25 years in North Carolina mountains. Your heart must be broken with all three siblings gone before you and you being the eldest. Same with me, I know how this feels. Love to you and your family always. Such a loving family it was and hopefully still is. I was from London, that is how Anne was introduced to that city.

Ann has been a good neighbour for many years and we were so sorry to hear of her passing. I knew Ann from years before we moved next door – we did karate in Exeter. This connection was the beginning of our friendship over 30 years ago. We spoke in the grocery store not very long ago and caught up – I am glad I had a chance to talk to her not too long ago. Dave and I will miss her.

Dear Inge. I’m so sorry to hear of Anne”s passing away. As usual at these times I wish I had stayed in touch. I have fond memories of talking with Anne about anything and everything on Kingsgrove and Anne speeding around the backroads at Byways in the MGB. I’ve known Ann since the 70’s had the opportunity to stay with her in Ailsa Craig farm, she loved her cat..she loved Dollarma, but most importantly was her family! She loved her family. I am sorry I can’t physically be with you today , but you will be in my thoughts eh!
