MERIAM:  Suddenly and unexpectedly, at Wingham and District Hospital, Wingham, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 “Sug” Kenneth John Meriam, of Lucknow, age 71.  Beloved husband of Donna Amanda (Scott) Meriam.  Loved father and father-in-law of Teresa Meriam of Holmesville, Carrie Meriam of Goderich, Arron and John Leibold of Dashwood, Mark Meriam and fiancée Ashley of Kitchener, Rosa Meriam of Mitchell.  Cherished grandpa of Samantha, Brandon, Wesley, Hannah, Alena, Jessica, Deighan, Cody, Jadyn, Dylan, Kiley and Dustin.  Dear brother and brother-in-law of Dianne Scott of Goderich, Sam and Cathy Meriam of Milton, Judy Steuer of London, Sandy and Carman Fielder of Goderich, Leroy and Yvette Meriam of Goderich, Jackie and Dave Lake of London, Kim and Ron Austin of Goderich.  Sug will be remembered by his father-in-law and mother-in-law Marvin and Hannie Scott of Ashfield Township and his nieces, nephews and their families.  Predeceased by his parents John Wesley and Barbara Elizabeth (Orr) Meriam, infant brother Michael, brothers-in-law Ian Scott and John Steuer. At Sug’s request, cremation will take place.  A Celebration of Life will be held at the Dungannon Hall, on Saturday, September 30, 2023, from 1 to 5 p.m.  Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood.  If desired, memorial donations (payable directly) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
