Terry/Janice, Perry/Trudy my thoughts are with you. I have many fond memories of Uncle Norm. Camping at Wildwood, where he taught me to clean smallmouth bass and to cook them in butter for breakfast(no matter how bad he felt from the night before). The card games, the Christmas’s, the skidoo rides. But, most of all his lifeful laugh. His sense of humour could not be influenced. Uncle Norm was a truely funny man. When he rose from his chair, pulled his pants up to his arm pits exposing his slippers, socks, and usually his leg you could not help but smile or mostly break out in a huge laugh. Hopefully, Uncle Norm is in a place with a lazyboy chair, a card game, and few cold ones humouring his new friends like he did for me so many years ago. Randy

Condolence From: Danny & Karen Masse (Volland) & family
May we offer our deepest sympathies to the Mattson family on the loss of your father & grandfather, Norm. I have such wonderful childhood memories of when we were neighbours on Richmond St. S, in Hensall. It is never easy losing the ones we love, but having the love and support of family and friends, might help ease some of the hurt. You are all in our thoughts and prayers at this most difficult time.

I loved uncle Norm’s sense of humour. Always had something cheerful to say. I have memories of him camping at Ipperwash. He taught me how to play crib. Love you uncle Norm.
