Dear Family,

I will always remember with fond memories how kind your mother and father were with me after the passing of my mother inviting me to come to visit with them at their place in Hobe Sound, Florida. It was there that I bought a place and meet and married my husband John. Your mother, Mary Fran, always called me Nonie, which was a nickname I had when I was a kid. She always thought of me as Nonie whenever I meet here—she never called me Honora. I know you will miss her greatly. She was always so full of life and love to be with people and have a good time.

I live in Florida and can not leave my husband so I will not be able to attend the funderal. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Jon and Brenda and Joanne and families – so sorry for the loss of a great lady, your mother. I will never forget her smile and laugh…we have so many good memories of her. I am so sorry I didn’t make it to the Rest Home to see your mom during the Christmas break like I had planned but I hurt my back on Christmas Day and was in bed that week. Our prayers and thoughts are with you all at this time.

Many of my best memories in life involve the gathering of the clans. Gaiser’s, Ternes’ and Costello’s – on the beach, at the weenie roast, or Christmas’ in Toronto or Exeter were times that have stayed with me all my life and Mary Fran always made them better!
