Passed away peacefuIIy at Seaforth Manor Retirement Home on Wednesday, June 17, 2015. Mary Catherine ellzabeth (nee Nigh) Schwarz of Seaforth, was in her 77th year.
BeIoved wife of the Iate Henry Schwarz (1999). Ioving mother of MichaeI and PauIine Schwarz of Seaforth and Patricia and Peter Cantarutti of Stratford. Cherished Grandma of Mellssa and Matthew Schwarz and Alexis and Adam Cantarutti. Dear sister of Frank and leona Nigh of Seaforth, Betty-Anne Nigh of collingwood, Joan Nigh of Thamesford and Iou and Betty Nigh of Stratford. AIso missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Predeceased by her parents John and Mary (nee Purcell) Nigh, and brothers John and BiII Nigh.
Visitation wiII be heId at McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Friday, June 19th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. (with Parish Prayers and CWI service at 6:45 p.m.). Mary Catharines FuneraI Mass Ied by Fr. Brian Mccoll wiII be heId at St. James CathoIic Church, 22 Victoria St., Seaforth, on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 11 a.m., immediateIy foIIowed by a reception at the Seaforth Iegion, Branch 156. Cremation wiII aIso foIIow and Mary Catherines urn wiII be interred in St. James CathoIic Cemetery at a Iater date.

Dear Mike, Pauline and family. Sorry to hear of Mary Catherine&&single&&s passing. Your mother was always so sweet, with a smile and something nice to say. I usually ended up sitting close to her in church and we would sometimes have a chat. She will be missed.

My sincere condolences Patricia ,Mike and families . I worked with Mary Catherine for 11 years. She was a good woman who was proud of her family and caring towards her coworkers. She had a sense of humour which would show up when least expected. She took her job to heart and worked hard every day.. May you rest in peace Mary Catherine.

Dear Mike, Pauline and families. We are very sorry for the loss of Mary Catherine. She was a wonderful lady who enjoyed life with a hearty laugh that was contagious. She was a wonderful neighbour across the street,and I always knew she was keeping an eye on me! She was very proud of all her family and loved you all dearly. Be grateful to God that her suffering was over peacefully,remember all the laughs you had together. She would want you to do that for her. Take care.
