Margaret Mary (Cooper) SmaIe, peacefuIIy at Seaforth Manor on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 in her 85th year. BeIoved wife of the Iate AIvin SmaIe (1992). IovingIy remembered by severaI nieces, nephews and cousins. Dear sister-in-Iaw of Donna SmaIe of HensaII. Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Mary (MuIIigan) Cooper.
FamiIy wiII receive friends at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian BuriaI wiII be heId at St. James Roman CathoIic Church, Seaforth on Saturday, March 13 at 11:00 am. Father Chris GiIIespie wiII officiate. Spring interment St. James Cemetery, Seaforth.
MemoriaI donations to St. James Church buiIding fund wouId be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Marg was a great lady. We enjoyed our visits with her. I loved to watch her face when she was telling a story or giving us a tidbit about family history. She reminded me so much of my mom Gertrude and her sisters Angela and Kathleen. It is amazing how the strong genes came through in all of these women. I have not seen her for quite awhile but now I just picture here with all the family up there in heaven when they all turned out to greet her. She is in a good place now. Greetings to all of the family Marg leaves behind.
