Peacefully, at the Exeter Villa on Friday, April 24, 2009 Lynda (Wallace) Parkinson in her 61st year. Beloved wife of the late Wayne Parkinson (January 2009). Dear mother of Paula and Paul Gorman of Exeter, Michelle Parkinson and Dan Ksenych of Kitchener and like a mother to Gaynor and Brad Macauley of Mississauga. Dear grandmother of Allison and Jessica; and Spencer. Dear daughter and daughter-in-law of Kate Bailey of Bracebridge and the late Herman Bailey, Spence Read of St. Marys and the late Edythe Read. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Joe Bailey, Louise and Tim Holmes, John Bailey and Cindy and George Borbely all of Bracebridge, Donna and Bill Heather of Exeter and Gary and Jane Parkinson of St. Marys. There will be visitation from 12:30-1:30 PM on Monday, April 27th, prior to the memorial service which will be held at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, 1 west of Main, Exeter at 1:30 PM with Bob Heywood officiating. Cremation with interment Exeter Cemetery. Donations to the Huron SPCA (Humane Society) or the Exeter Villa would be appreciated by the family.
