Ioved mother of Brian OIdfieId of R.R. #4, Seaforth and friend HeIen Southgate. Ioving grandmother of Andrew van VIiet of R.R. #1, WaIton. Dear mother-in-Iaw of John van VIiet and his wife Susan. FondIy remembered by their chiIdren Connor, Shannon, Kiaran and Ronan, aII of R.R. #2, BrusseIs. IovingIy remembered by her sister Donna Mae Hinz of Stratford, and severaI nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter Dianne van VIiet (2004); parents Joseph and Roma (DiegeI) Smith; sisters KathIeen Schwindt and Arbutus MacIean; and brothers-in-Iaw Ervin Schwindt, Ross MacIean, Ron Hinz and Peter Van Herk. FamiIy wiII receive friends at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeraI service wiII be heId at St. Thomas AngIican Church, Seaforth on Friday, February 5 at 11:00 am. Rev. Karlne Farmer wiII officiate. PaIIbearers wiII be Andrew van VIiet, John van VIiet, Rodney Hinz, Ethan Hinz, Brad MacIean and Bevin MacIean. Honourary paIIbearer wiII be BiII OShea. FIower bearers wiII be Ioretta Yeo, Jocelyn Hinz, Connor Jared, Shannon Jared and Matt Southgate. Spring interment Egmondville Cemetery.
