LEE: Joyce (Peters) of Seaforth

Peacefully at Seaforth Community Hospital, surrounded by the love and peace of her family, friends and church family on Monday, May 3, 2021 of Seaforth, in her 82nd year. Cherished mother of Sandra Lee, Guy and Margaret Marian Lee, and Dale Lee and John Shaw. Proud grandma of Jennifer Brideau and step-grandma of Jessica, Mennell, and great-grandma of Draven, and Wynter. Remembered by her brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Fred and Ida Peters, Tom and Marg Peters, Leroy and Udora Peters, and Bonnie Becker.

Joyce was an avid reader, always found with a book in hand. She loved to knit and spend time with her family whenever she could.

Keeping with Joyce’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family graveside will be held at the Hensall Union Cemetery on Friday, May 7th at 11 AM with Rev. Mary Farmer officiating. Though the service is private, the family invites you to join with them from the comfort of your own home. Stream the service live or at your convenience by visiting www.facebook.com/haskettfh.

Donations to Huron Hospice, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Canada, or the Parish of the Holy Spirit, Seaforth.
