We are very sad to read of Vals passing. We had the privilege of being an upstairs neighbor of his and continued our friendship years after we moved out. Val was always so excited to talk about his scooter as he knew we were a family of bike riders he often convinced one of us to take it for a ride.
We will forever cherish the memories of this kindhearted man, and be forever remembered to us as “scooter Val”
