Suddenly at his late residence in Huron Park, on Saturday, February 15, 2014, in his 53rd year. Loving companion and best friend of Marilee (Wellwood) Ninham. Beloved son of Garry Lake of Appin and the late Eunice Pressey. Dear brother of Jodi and Andy Orr of London, Garry and Melanie Lake of Trenton and Angela and Steve Conrad of London. He will be deeply missed by the Milam family; Uncle Bob and cousins Wendy and Steve Bendle, Rob and Eva Milam, Lisa and Ken Heywood, Elaine and Joe Parsons and Wayne and Debbie Milam. Jimmy will also be missed by the Wellwood and Johnson families.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, one west of Main Exeter, one hour prior to the funeral service which will be held on Thursday February 20th at 11AM. Spring interment Crediton Cemetery.
Donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.

Jimmy, you will be sadly missed by everyone you made laugh on a daily basis. Deepest condolences to all family and friends that knew and loved Jim.
Jim was a great neighbour and we sure did miss seeing him next door after many years of living so close to us. He was always a fun, happy guy who worked hard and played hard. Our kindest thoughts are with his family and friends who loved him and will miss him as much as we will. Take care.

Our sympathies are shared with Marilee and Jimmys family. It has been written, “To be remembered in the hearts of those we love is not to die. ” There is much truth in this view,and we know that this fine human being will be long remembered.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the family. We will always remember Jimmy and his great laugh and sense of humour. You couldn’t help but laugh when he did.
