KOOLE: Peacefully, at her brother’s home in Cambridge, surrounded by family, on Monday, March 13, 2023, Kathleen “Kathy” Elizabeth (Brennan) Koole, of Turnbull’s Grove North, Dashwood, formerly of Flamborough, age 62. Loved wife of David “Stretch” Koole. Cherished mother and mother-in-law of Tim and Carolina Murphy of Komoka, Jim and Alexis Murphy of Innisfil, Carolyn and Adam Mote of Arkona. Treasured grandma of Amelia, Lily, Aiden and Adalyn. Dear sister and sister-in-law of Neil and Brenda Brennan of Cambridge, Ian and Claudette Brennan of London, Jim and Cathy Brennan of St. Catharines, Ria Vanderkruk of Waterdown, Robert and Chris Koole of Abbotsford, BC., Janneke Koole of Scottsdale, AZ., Ena and Ben Vandezande of Burlington, Pauline and Rients Buma of St. Catharines, Joanne and Hank Hunse of Guelph, Marinus and Yvonne Koole of Pelham, and Fred Doornbos of Jordan. Remembered by her many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Richard Alexander and Elizabeth Morehead (Currie) Brennan and sister-in-law Lonny Doornbos. At Kathy’s request, cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. Kathy was a long time volunteer with Minor Hockey as a Trainer and the Girl Guides and Brownies. If desired, memorial donations (payable directly) to a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
