Shari was a most gentle and kind person. She quietly went about her years of volunteer work at Blessings, always with a caring smile. I appreciate her thoughtful gifts of knitted dishcloths, which I use daily. She will be greatly missed. John, Mary Lou and family, I send my heartfelt condolences. May the memories of Shari’s goodwill comfort you at this devastating time.
Deepest sympathy to John and Shari’s extended family.
My late wife Susan and I have fond memories worshipping at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Zurich with Shari and John. It was always nice to see their smiling faces.
One memorable event was when Shari and John were vacationing on the island of Granada. We were on a cruise and one of our ports of call was to Granada. We arranged to meet Shari and John in Granada and enjoyed drinks and time together.
May you be blessed with fond memories of your time together.

It was our pleasure getting to know Shari (and John) at Peter’s Lutheran Church. Shari was a great addition to the church choir. Like many others, we always enjoyed her baked goodies.

I’m so sorry to hear of Shari’s passing. While I was dietary manager at Bluewater Resthome Shari and Mary Lynne joined our volunteer team by helping to provide the beverage pass to our residents. She was a great help with the task and we looked forward to her always being there to help out. I remember to you also helping with the needs at the resthome by delivering our bread order from Tasty Nu Bakery. Thank you to you both ! May you sense God’s nearness to you and yours Dawne Erb
