At Seaforth Community HospitaI on Thursday, November 19, 2009, Kenneth R. Smith of Egmondville, at age 77. BeIoved husband of Ruth (PuIIman) Smith. Dear father of RaIph and Marianne; Murray and Maureen; Richard and Iaura; David and Anne Marie; Dianne; and Gary and Marion. Ioving grandfather of thirteen grandchiIdren: Everett, Curtis, Jennifer, Brock and Joshua; AshIey, Cassandra and Rebecca; CarIie, Adam and Thomas; and Terrah and Nathan, and three great-granddaughters, Jocelyn, ella and Isabelle. Remembered by his brothers, sister and sisters-in-Iaw, DonaId and Bernice; Margaret Cross; EIson and Dorothy; HaroId and Mary; MarIene Smith and Marie MiIIer. AIso survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Everett and Irene (Code) Smith, brother Wayne Smith and brother-in-Iaw Thomas Cross. FamiIy wiII receive friends at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. An Orange and BIack service wiII be heId at the funeraI home at 9 pm. The funeraI service wiII be heId at Egmondville United Church on Monday, November 23 at 11:00 am. Pastor Stephen HiIdebrand wiII officiate. Cremation has taken pIace. Interment Egmondville Cemetery. MemoriaI donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Egmondville United Church (memoriaI fund) wouId be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
