KENNEDY: Peacefully, surrounded by her loved ones, at Jessica’s House Residential Hospice, Exeter, on Saturday, April 4, 2026, Lori Lyn Kennedy, of Crediton, age 66. Beloved partner of 24 years to James “Jim” Henry Beaver of Crediton. Forever loved and proud mom of Wade Kennedy and his girlfriend Emma Butler of Crediton. Fondly remembered by her step-daughter Promise Richardson of London and grandson Keegan Richardson. Dear daughter-in-law of Margaret Beaver of Crediton. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Bonnie and Claude Barr of London, Dale and Helen Kennedy of Seaforth, Alan Kennedy of Guelph, Ron Kennedy and Liz Campbell of Exeter, Kim Kennedy of Guelph, Christine Kennedy and Rick Sokolowski of Huron Park, Diane and Steve Dinney of Strathroy and Gerry and Cindy Beaver of Exeter. Remembered by her nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her parents Gordon Harvey (2006) and Stella Pauline (Fowler) Kennedy (1991) and brother Harvey Scott Kennedy (1964). At Lori’s request, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Lori’s Life will be held at the Crediton Community Centre, on Saturday, April 11, 2026 from 3 to 7 p.m., with Words of Remembrance at 5 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to the T. Harry Hoffman & Sons Funeral Home, Dashwood. If desired, memorial donations (payable directly) to the Jessica’s House Residential Hospice, Exeter or a charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.










Such a wonderful person gone too soon. She had a git-r-done attitude and would help anyone and always with a smile and great sense of humour. Condolences to all the family. Heaven has gained an angel

To the entire Kennedy family, Jim and her son Wade .Probably one of the hardest things to do is define someone you have known for decades .From growing up on Parkdale down the st from the Kennedy home many good memories even though Kim ,Stella and l were younger then the others .Lori was always showing that life was good . Lori and I worked together at the Crown Attorney’s office in Goderich, and she was a hard worker. We shared the same work ethics, and the same crazy sense of humour.

Someday, not now, & perhaps not for a long while—you will remember all you shared with less pain & more joy. But for now—Lori is no longer in pain, she is resting peacefully with all her Loved Ones that have greeted her with open arms & may our Lord grant her the Guardian Angel wings she is so deserving of.
