Passed away at South Huron Hospital, Exeter on Thursday, May 18, 2017 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Yvonne Johnston. Loving step-dad to Suzanne, Sabrina, Ashley, and Jayne, all of North Carolina. Jack will be greatly missed by his two dogs Whiskey and Uno. He was an avid golfer. During the many years of his life in Montreal, Jack was an active member in the Masonic Lodge and the Grunt Club. In memory of Jack, memorial donations may be made to the The Lung Association (Ontario). Cremation has taken place. Arrangements entrusted to Haskett Funeral Homes, Exeter.

My heart is broken since hearing of Jack’s passing. Yvonne I am so sorry for your loss, I will never forget all the great times Jack and I had at the Malone Golf Club.
