Peacefully, at home in Exeter, on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, in his 96th year. Beloved friend of Ruth Irvine. Dear father of Harold Johns, Terry Johns and Trudy Ferguson all of London, Brad Johns and Connie Johnston of Listowel, Gail Parsons and Mike McAllister of St. Joseph’s, Tom and Kathy Irvine of Stratford and Alex Irvine of Clinton. Dear grandfather of Adam, Sabrina, Jamie, Dylan, Justin, Christopher, Tracy, Vicki, Casey, Cassandra, Tammy, Amy, and Alexis. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Irene Dunn of Exeter, Dianne Gerstenkorn-Weber of Clinton, and Lillian Johns and John Batten, both of Exeter. Predeceased by a sister Ola Batten and brother Emerson Johns.
Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 370 William Street, (1 Street west of Main) Exeter on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9PM where the funeral service will be held on Friday, December 18th at 1:30 PM. Interment Exeter Cemetery.
