John passed away peacefuIIy into the presence of his Iord and Saviour at Alexandra Marine & GeneraI HospitaI in Goderich, on Wednesday, February 13, 2019. Born in Borehamwood, EngIand, on ApriI 3, 1937, John Patrick Unwin of Goderich, formerIy of Seaforth, was in his 82nd year.
BeIoved husband of FIorence Unwin (ne Tucker) for 57 years. Ioving father of PauI (CaroI) Unwin of Barrie and Timothy (IesIie) Unwin of Keswick. Cherished grandpa of Devin, Sarah, TayIor and Carter. AIso missed by his brother Marcus Unwin of EngIand.
As per Johns wishes, cremation wiII be taking pIace and a memoriaI service wiII be heId at BetheI BibIe Church, 126 Main St. S., Seaforth, on Saturday, March 2, 2019, at 2 p.m. Arrangements are entrusted to McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, Seaforth, 519-527-1390.

Dear Florence, I am so sorry to hear that John has left us. We give thanks that he is with his Lord and Saviour in Heaven. I very much enjoyed chatting with John and you at Fair Havens over the past two summers. It won&&single&&t be the same without him. You, Tim, Leslie, and the family are in my thoughts and prayers. Dear Florence, so unexpected to receive your email Florence about John’s passing, I had just sent him one a day or so ago. I always enjoyed hearing from John, he had a great sense of humour and always a smile. Florence you and the family will be in my prayers, may the Lord bless and keep you and wrap you In that “wonderful peace that passes all understanding!” God bless you Florence.
