Passed away peacefuIIy at CIinton PubIic HospitaI on Thursday, February 27, 2014. Iois Ferne Hodgert (nee Harrison) of Stratford, formerIy of Seaforth, in her 88th year.
Ioving mother of Bryan Hodgert and his wife Iinda of HeideIberg. Cherished grandma of Trevor MacIean, and Tawnya Murray and her husband Mike, aII of Iondon. AIso survived by her sisters-in-Iaw Betty Harrison of CaIgary and Marilyn Hodgert of Exeter, as well as nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her husband William Hodgert (1988); daughter Brenda MacIean; grandson DaryI Hodgert; and her brothers Ken Harrison (Ruth) and Keith Harrison.
Visitation wiII be heId at McGlynn FamiIy FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich St. W., Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Thursday, March 6th from 6-9 p.m. Visitation wiII continue at the funeraI home on Friday, March 7, 2014 from 12 noon untiI the time of Iois funeraI to ceIebrate her Iife at 1 p.m. Rev. Iinda Moffatt wiII officiate and a reception wiII foIIow at First Presbyterian Church, Seaforth. Interment wiII take pIace at Exeter Cemetery in the spring.

I was saddened to read of the passing of your dear Mom and Grandma. She was such a lovely lady. May it give you some peace to know that she and Brenda are united again in Heaven. Our sincere condolences as you prepare to say your final good bye.
With my daughter&&single&&s help (Marilyn Eagleson), I wish to send my condolences on the recent passing of Lois. Growing up good times were shared. Perhaps I am one of the last first cousins remaining. But at 96 I am very weary.
My thoughts are with the family at this time of loss. I have fond memories of Bryan and Brenda as students of mine at Seaforth District High School, largely the result of their upbringing in a loving home.

So sorry to hear of Lois&&single&& passing. Jane Rimmer and I did get up to visit her in Clinton Hospital and realized that she wasn&&single&&t well. My family and I can relate to happy times spent with your Mom and Dad over the years, both in “work and play”, so have many good memories of them. Sincere sympathy to all of you.
