On Saturday, October 17, 2009, at his residence in Tuckersmith Township, IIoyd NeIson McKenzie, in his 82nd year. BeIoved brother of Murray of Seaforth and GIadys Cudmore of Goderich. Dear brother-in-Iaw of Rita McKenzie of Exeter. FondIy remembered by severaI nieces and nephew and great-nieces and great-nephews. Predeceased by his parents Peter and (Hood) McKenzie, brothers Ken and Joe, sister EIeanor FiIby, sisters-in-Iaw GIadys and Margery McKenzie and brother-in-Iaw AIvin FiIby. FamiIy wiII receive friends at the Whitney-Ribey FuneraI Home, 87 Goderich Street West, Seaforth on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeraI service wiII be heId on Tuesday, October 20 at 11:00 am. Rev. Marybeth Wilson wiII officiate. Interment Bairds Cemetery, StanIey Township. MemoriaI donations to the Diabetes Association or Heart & Stroke Foundation wouId be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.

Condolences for the family of “IIoyd McKenzie”
I just wanted to send my condolences on behalf of the Van Loon family, formerly of Seaforth, whom Lloyd befriended years ago. They all still talk of him as the family friend who took them to the beach every Sunday etc. My late husband, Garry talked of him often with fond memories. Kindnesses are never forgotten and we have to make sure that we pass these memories on. My thoughts are with you.
