HULLEY: Randal “Randy” Kevin of London *Updated
Posted By Haskett Funeral Homes On October 16, 2025 @ 2:02 PM In Exeter,Obituary | 20 Comments

It is with profound sadness that we share the sudden passing of Randy, who left us far too soon at the age of 60, on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at his home in London.
Randy was born to Bernice Hulley (2025) and, through life’s twists and turns, found himself blessed with a family of choice — the Smiths.
He was lovingly raised by Fred (1981) and Ione (2001), alongside Sherrie (Smith) Broderick, Jacqui (Coughlin) Regier, Debbie (Coughlin) Haugh (1973), Wendy (Coughlin) Hawrylo, Kim Smith, Michael Coughlin, and Chris Haugh.
Randy was a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community. He lived life boldly and unapologetically, with a heart as big as his legendary Barbie collection. As a building manager, he didn’t just care for the building; he cared for the people in it, treating every tenant like family and making sure no one ever felt alone. He adored his four-legged companions, Rocky and Rambo, who were always by his side and brought him endless joy.
Cremation has taken place. Interment will be on Tuesday, October 21st at 2 PM at the Exeter Cemetery. Family and friends are invited to attend and say a few words to remember Randy as there will be no formal ceremony.
In his honour, take a moment to show kindness to someone who needs it, just like Randy always did.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Randy’s memory can be made to the Canadian Lung Association.
We knew Randy for more than a decade as his tenants. He was always kind and often funny. We loved his compassion. He will be missed greatly.

We always saw Randy when we went to the building for work. He was always a friendly man, he was a great man loved talking to him about anything when if most of it was about work he will be missed R.I.P sorry for his loved ones
Our deepest condolences to all who knew and loved Randy, we only knew Randy for a short time when he took over as superintendent at our complex this last year. I saw many times him giving out hugs and bright warm smiles. May he rest in peace.
Sherrie and family

I stumbled upon this page by accident, and I’m shocked and deeply saddened to learn that my good friend Randy has passed away. Randy was my landlord on Piccadilly and later at the building he was most recently managing. We had just reconnected after years apart.
Randy was the best—he was like family to me. We went through so many ups and downs together, and he was always there to support me. I loved making him laugh, and he always had a way of brightening my day.
He was such a great person and a true friend. I’m honestly gutted right now and don’t even know what to say. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family and everyone who loved him.
I love you, Randy. Thank you for being there for me through all those years. You’ll never be forgotten.
See you in the future buddy- Love the idiot that made you laugh the hardest.
Randy and I lived on the same road growing up in Exeter. Either he at my house or vice versa. Playing barbies. We lost touch and I’m sad to hear of his passing. Bye my friend.
