HUGILL: Marjorie Viola (Brown) of Lucan

Passed away peacefully, with her family by her side at LHSC – Victoria Hospital, London on Monday, October 23, 2017 of Lucan, in her 75th year. Beloved wife of the late Don Hugill (2009). Dear mother of Donnie and Lee-Ann Hugill of London, and Heather and David Paul of Mississauga. Dear grandmother of Jordan, Christian, Ryley, Alex; Nicholas, and Cassandra. Dear sister and sister-in-law of George and Nancy Brown of Clinton, Leroy and Barb Hugill of Leamington, and Larry and Bonnie Hugill of Goderich. She will be missed by several nieces and nephews. Marj’s love for travelling and NASCAR will be fondly remembered.

Friends may call at the Haskett Funeral Home, 223 Main Street, Lucan on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 26th at 12 noon, with Pastor Paul Vollick officiating. Interment St. George’s Anglican Cemetery, Middlesex Centre.

Donations the Aplastic Anemia and Myelodysplasia Association of Canada would be appreciated by the family.

My condolences to Marg’s family. She was a lovely women. I was in a car pool with Marg for many years and we had many laughs to and from work. We all loved to hear of her stories of the family trips she planned each and every year.

Donnie, Heather and families. I am so sorry to hear this. Marj and I car pooled for many years with Judy and Jeanette. She was very funny and a sweet, thoughtful person. When our son Jesse was born, she brought over the book “The Velveteen Rabbit” . Turned out to be my favourite story for the kids. She will be missed. So sorry for your loss.

My deepest condolences to Donnie and Heather on the passing of your mom. Marj was a wonderful woman and the best neighbour that anyone could hope to have beside them. Quite often we would talk whenever we met outside and discuss anything that came to mind. Always a cheerful lady. My kids and I will miss her deeply. Sorry for your loss.
